At first, I was uninspired by the flavor of Primal Plants. However, as I began using it with Vital Reds and Prebiothrive, I began to enjoy the flavor it brought to the trio. Now I mix it with the Heart Defense as well for a morning starter, and I've gained more energy and have fewer to no cravings as before. When I do crave something, it's raw veggies, nuts, or leafy greens. Not a bad thing!

Love the Primal Plants addition to my diet.

Actually, I just started taking Primal Plants along with my wife Bette. We both thought that it tasted good. We have been taking two scoops per day for the next two weeks. We seem to have more energy by doing this. We both know that Gundry MD products are great. We have been using both Prebiothrive and Vital Reds for months, and we both feel great taking them. We felt that we wanted to balance out those two products just mentioned by adding Primal Plants. If we didn't think Gundry products were great, we would not have added the Primal Plants.

I can't tell the specific benefits from Primal Plants because I am also using Vital Reds and Prebiothrive at the same time, plus enjoying Phase 2 of The Plant Paradox Program!

So far I have dropped over 10 lbs, osteopenia has resolved, sleep better, feel less anxious and depressed, don't take naps as a general rule, cholesterol panel is perfect, visceral fat dropped from 9 to 7, BMI in a normal range, etc.! I purchased Primal Plants because Dr. Gundry stated it was good for skin problems. I have had psoriasis almost 30 years and thought it might help my skin. To be honest, I haven't been drinking this product but maybe two and a half weeks. I will write a review after maybe three months. Thank you.

My daughter and I tried Primal Plants and saw glowing skin and minimized break outs. I have always had issues with sinus pressure, and I have noticed that since taking Primal Plants, I am having very little pressure. Also, my energy level has increased enough that my four cups of coffee in the morning has turned into one cup, and some days I don't have any. I thought I would miss my coffee mornings, however, I am now using the extra time to take a longer morning walk with my black lab. Thanks for the great products. I read Diet Evolution first and gave away over 30 of those books, which I ordered from Amazon. I could only order four at a time through their website, and it was difficult to use. Amazon was also cheaper. I have given away 10 of the Plant Paradox books. I tell folks it is the most important book next to the Bible that I have ever read.

Before starting Primal Plants I did not sleep well, but after taking the product, I sleep much better. I have been using multiple products from Dr. Gundry for over three months, and my husband just started. We are thrilled to have such a perfect combination of easy to use, tasty, high-quality supplements! I have never been healthier; energy, focus, no more bloating, no more water retention, resolution of decades-long intestinal issues (inflammation and constipation), my irregular heartbeat has calmed down, and my skin looks fantastic!

I have lost a significant amount of weight without trying (I am following the Plant Paradox Plan book by Dr. Gundry) as well. I use Primal Plants, Vital Reds, Prebiotic (I had to cut the dose in half, the fiber was a bit too much for me), and his new Heart Health supplement (dark chocolate is always a great thing!). The first three I throw in a shaker cup with a handful of crushed ice every morning, and I love the taste! I do the chocolate Heart version in a smaller volume of cold water than suggested because I have to fill the glass again to make sure I get all of the product (it's rich and sticks to the glass and is hard to mix).

I cannot say enough about how fantastic and energetic I feel! My husband has diabetes and a heart condition, and he is like a new man after only a week taking the supplements. Even his skin is more youthful! The fruity and chocolate drinks also satisfy his craving for a decadent treat so it is really helping him with his sugar control too (win-win).

I have been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for approximately 7-10 days now. I take the two products in a 16 oz glass first thing in the morning prior or after having breakfast.

The pleasant taste makes it easy to consume. I am taking a probiotic from another company right now but plan on introducing Dr. Gundry's probiotic once done with existing one.

Overall, I religiously prepare two glasses each morning for my wife and I with positive results. The mixing procedure of the Vital Reds and Prebiotic is challenging but doable. I first learned about Dr. Gundry online. It interested me, plus my AC1 was at 5.8 which I wanted to bring down. I was skeptical at first because of the hard sales approach to the Diet Evolution supplements. I thought Dr. Gundry was a character inspired by a marketing department ala Betty Crocker. Yet, I eventually started to understand that Dr. Gundry and his bonafides were real. His work had substance and wasn't a scheme.

It was then I started using Vital Reds for about three months, liked that my energy was increased, then I decided to begin phase 1. This was concurrent with the publication of The Plant Paradox.

Weight loss isn't my primary goal, but overall health is. My BMI is currently between 21 -22 (it was around 26 when I started on phase 1) and the need for sugar fixes and old fashioned oatmeal five times weekly is in my past. I think.

I continue to follow Dr. Gundry diet evolution and to subscribe to a six-month supply of Vital Reds and recently have added Heart Defense. Does that qualify me as Gundryan? I believe it does.
