Good review

Noom has been very informative. I know most of this information as I have been battling my weight for most of my life. However, the way it is presented is different to me and really does make me think about my actions before I act on them.

I like that I am not told "you can't have that" because that is not life-sustaining. I have to be able to live comfortably with my choices. I feel this is possible with this approach.

I also like the check-ins from the coaches. They are helpful without being invasive.

So far so great!

Results have been great! I have lost over 10 pounds and have dropped a pants size in a month. The routine and support have made this rewarding.

I am getting the daily schedule, support and accountability I need to succeed, and I am confident I am developing the resources I need to make necessary long term behavior changes and attitudes. It is encouraging to have contact worth the other group members in addition to the coaches.

It is a process. I always knew that, but I now have tools and resources to weather the rough parts.

Great program for sustainability

I really like the focus on making sustainable changes, and help with the psychology of making those changes. I can really jump on board with something like that than something like other plans that require radical changes that I'll never keep up, and are difficult to incorporate into my real life.

It's working!

At Christmas, I decided to gift myself with better health. I signed on with Noom, stated my goals and got going. I am 1 and 1/2 pounds from my first goal scheduled next week! I love the daily weigh in and 10 minutes of tips and information and Journaling my food intake. It has made ALL the difference. I am a cancer survivor and want it to stay that way. Losing weight and getting fit are going to make that a reality. Thanks Noom.

A lifestyle change

This is not a diet; it's a lifestyle change. With the color system and the way the program eases you into this new way of eating and living, it's easier to stick with it. And if you have an off day, no big deal...just jump right back in. The psychology and science aspect appeals to me, personally. And the coach/group structure is very supportive. I've lost 14 pounds in 5 weeks and have already referred a friend who wanted to continue on after the 2-week free trial. This is totally worth a try to see if it works for anyone.

I discovered Zoom as I was browsing my Facebook feed. Took the survey and joined the two-week trial. I love this plan. I weigh myself every day, drink water and learn with the support of my coach and community. I feel healthy and not deprived. The app is easy and keeps me on track. Down 7 pounds, true weight! Totally recommend!

Great diet support

I saw ads for Noom on Facebook and television and it peaked my interest. I am recently retired and have been struggling with weight gain all my life but really bad in the last 3-4 years. I decided to give Noom a shot in mid-November and have enjoyed the first successful weight loss in years. I still have a ways to go to get to my goal, but Noom is the first program I’ve tried in years (and I’ve tried most of them) that has a sustainable program for keeping the weight off.

Forget the other weight loss programs - Noom works!

I’ve tried lots of weight loss programs with so-so results. Noom not only helps me determine healthful meals and snacks at home but also when eating out. The program is very adaptable for all ages and health issues. I especially love the fact that I am eating real food, not packaged micro-portions that don’t help me with my real world eating experience. The encouragement and helpful strategies on how to think about food in a healthful way have been invaluable. I strongly recommend Noom to anyone seeking not just an effective weight loss program but a new, healthy way to eat really delicious food.

Very good product

I have been on Noom for going on 5 weeks (I lost a week getting my self mentally ready, lol) and have lost 10 pounds. I love the fact that I can eat whatever I want, it is my choice. But I realize portions better and change my choices to have better results. I have Hypothyroidism and have given up on many "diets" because I haven't seen any results in a few weeks. Noom has suggestions, coaches, recipes all to help you see results. It is our choice, and I don't have to restrict any foods or drinks, but again it is choices made that get results.

Igniting a fire

I had been a runner for years but had a knee operation which changed my life. I could no longer run. I developed a pity pot relationship with food and gained about 35 pounds over a year. Nothing seemed to work. Then one day I saw Noom and thought I’ll try it. Well, it’s been 5 weeks and I lost 7 pounds - first weight loss in over a year. I thought I would never lose weight again. Noom is funny, factual, and simple. Your personal coach talks at you and answers questions. Thanks, Noom, for igniting my internal fire once again. My new focus for healthiness is to meet my steps and understand what and why I’m eating.

Most sustainable weight loss plan ever

I have been in Noom for around a month and a half, much longer then I have ever lasted on any other diets, and I love it! After just a couple of weeks, I could see myself not only losing weight but changing my relationship with food. With Noom I feel I am building healthy habits that will last me a lifetime. That’s not to say it hasn’t been hard, but Noom's program and coach help me refocus and learn from my slips.
