I’ve been with Noom for about a month, and learning the "why" (psychologically) has really been a huge help. Everyone needs to know "why" behind their pitfalls, and even though I’m a physician, I KNOW what to do and HOW to do it, but I couldn’t get past WHY I’d fall backward. This is a total internal journey, which other apps don’t even get into. If you don’t understand your internal/external/stressors, no matter how few calories and how much exercise you do, it is TEMPORARY, but Noom is really helping you take internal control so it can and WILL last!
