Do not buy anything!

I ordered three dresses in April. I received them in June. The dresses were very pretty, but they didn't fit properly. On June 21, 2018 I returned all three. As of today, September 6, there is no information on the return. I have sent 4 or 5 emails only to be told "We did check many times already in our return center, we still have not received your parcel, we tried to track it but there is no update for a long time. At this point, we really have no idea where it is now. At this point, to avoid any delay we'd love to offer you a 30% refund or 50% store credit for this missing parcel, is that okay."

After reading many reviews online, I realize this is a scam.

I received items that were not as described, material or size

This company is not honest. The advertisement of the clothes they have is totally fabricated. Neither sizes nor material is as described. They expect you to pay for returning items even though the return is because of their problem.

Beware!

The clothing is AWFUL. I immediately returned the items, which they make the buyer ship directly to China. There is a California return address, P.O. Box 6368 SOH, Rosemead, CA 91770, which they will NOT allow the buyer to ship to. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office.

I did ship the items to China, but it cost $35.00. It's a matter of principle for me, and if PayPal doesn't refund my money on these hideous items, I will NEVER use their services again. Companies like this should not be allowed to sell in the US.

Dress didn't fit - told to mail it to CHINA!

I bought a dress that didn't fit. I filled out the return form. Then found out I would have to send it to CHINA! Or they would give me a 15% refund. This is crazy. The clothes look good in the photos but are made for tiny people. The size they said corresponds to size 10 was probably a size 6. What am I going to do with a dress I can't return for a reasonable cost?!

Do not buy from this company - it's a con!

I tried ordering from this company based on reviews - those reviews are NOT TRUTH. I believe any good reviews are the company putting this online. The quality is appalling and nothing like the picture. Then when you try to arrange to send the item back, it works out more expensive to return the item than to buy the product in the first place! This is a Chinese company, the product you order is not already made, so you have to wait for the company to arrange the item to be made, which takes months, THEN you have to wait for the shipping and delivery. It just isn't worth your time, effort and money. The only offer is a 30% discount - it's as if this is a money laundering scheme not a clothing company!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Horrible!

I bought three dresses advertised as cotton/linen. Three week AFTER processing credit card, I get an email indicating they don’t have one of the items, would I like to order something else. I reply that I do not and it takes several more weeks for them to process a refund to my card. (Note: impossible to reach them by phone or chat.)

I finally receive the remaining two dresses three weeks later and much to my dismay, they are both made of flimsy, cheap polyester. I am allergic to polyester so I immediately contact them to issue a return label/authorization. They stall for several days, acknowledging for the first time they are in China and that it will be very expensive for me to pay for a return, and they attempt several times over email to get me to agree to an alternative (10% cash refund or 20% toward future purchase). I decline this offer, and we email back and forth several more times, each time they are slightly increasing the percentages. I repeatedly decline and ask them to send a return authorization, which they finally do after multiple emails.

At this point, I realize I am dealing with a horrible company and dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I printed the return label, packed my items up and brought it to the post office, following their instructions exactly. It cost $53.45 for me to ship these two flimsy dresses back to China. I trace the package online, it gets to China within a week, but there is no indication it is received by StyleWe at the address they provided. I repeatedly contact them and they repeatedly stall me at first, and then tell me for the next three weeks that the package is in customs in China and they should receive it any day. Two weeks later, the package is RETURNED to me with no indication as to why.

At this point I have done my research and realize there are hundreds of other customers having the same problem - these people are scam artists and crooks (and shame on me for not doing my research first, I frequently order online from major U.S. retailers and am used to dealing with honest companies).

At this time my credit card company has denied my claim, because StyleWe did provide them with the email trail that shows they provided a return label, and the email dialogue telling me it is in customs, so I contact my credit card again, this time submitting over 20 pages of documentation supporting my claim. Since StyleWe uses PayPal to process credit card charges, my credit card company suggests I attempt to dispute the claim with them as well.

As many people know, PayPal is the known provider of credit/payment transactions to sleazy organizations (although granted plenty of legit vendors uses them too), and it is frustrating to file a complaint with them. I can’t do it online because I don’t have (or want) a PayPal account and can’t register a complaint without one so I called them and am repeatedly told they can’t process a dispute without an account. I tell them repeatedly I don't want an account, and the only reason I am stuck dealing with them is that StyleWe chose to process my credit card through them. I am transferred finally to a supervisor who indicates they can’t dispute the charge while the credit card company has a dispute going on, so I put this on hold for now.

I still want to resolve this so I contacted StyleWe again to get an explanation as to why the package was returned to me and they have nothing to say (I sent them a copy of the return Chinese stamp on the package where the only English words are "overdue return").

StyleWe suggests again that they give me some nominal refund or store credit and I can keep the dresses, but I have no interest in keeping their crappy products. Again, multiple emails back and forth with them offering increasingly higher percentages, the latest being 50% refund or 100%.

I want nothing less than the full refund that they advertise on their website, so I am still pursuing this. In my latest email dialogue with them, they suggest I can mail the package back to them. I told them I would be an idiot to do that unless they want to provide a postage paid label.

My credit card company will likely back me up (I have been a client for 20+ years, my credit history is flawless, and I have provided them with significant documentation supporting my claim), and if they don’t, I live in New York City and will contact the consumer issues reporters at the television stations based here to assist.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Zero stars

This company is a scam. When returning items to China (yes, China for returned items), with their printed labels, the cost was $34. Only to be returned as unacceptable! They are trying to suggest that customs returned the package, but the translation of the notation made on the package, says "MOVED." So the company does not even exist to which they sent me online labels! The fabric is shocking quality, the fit was nothing like the images online. This is not a legitimate company. The only reason they received any stars was because this review would not go through without it!

Very bad experience - caution!

I ordered three dresses and one pair of pants for my daughter. It took more than three weeks to receive my order.

One of the dress ripped at the sleeve, three other items were not nearly as good as advertised, inferior quality.

Long story short, they refused to take back the ripped/defective dress. After more than a dozen correspondents, they let me return the three items, and I had to keep the defective one.

On September 2, 2018, I sent them the three items, and today is October 2, 2018, and I still have not received my refund.

I was wondering if they would keep my money and the three items I returned, if this is the case, this is a scam!

Complete rip off, AVOID at all costs.

This is by far the worst company that I have ever ordered through online. I ordered some sandals on September the 10th for my holiday. The processing hadn't even been started by the time I left, so I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't allow this without a 15% penalty charge.

When they did eventually arrive at the end of September, they were of a very poor quality, with the stitching already loose by the big toe, so I asked for a refund, they said it would be too expensive to send back, stating that I'd have to pay to return them to China! Why should I have to return defective goods? They offered me a 15% discount, which I refused, they upped it to 25% - so as I was due for major surgery the next day, I reluctantly accepted this pitiful offer.

I wore these sandals to the hospital, literally only walked in, then walked out two days later and they had already fallen apart. NOT where the original stitches had come apart, but the plaiting had come away from the sole of the shoe, and unraveled. They are useless in the extreme.

They have refused to refund me my money for sandals which are not fit for purpose, and have already broken within less than 10 minutes of wearing them, they are unwearable. This company hides the fact they are based in China, despite having a UK postal address. FELTHAM TW14OPS - posted and tracked with Royal mail. They make it incredibly hard/impossible for you to return items, then refuse all rights once the item has been worn and fallen apart. If you search the internet, if you DO return items, they never collect them, having not paid customs, and the parcel is returned to sender IN THE UK. This company is fraudulent in the extreme. They take your money and run. NEVER SHOP here.

AND, I haven't received my initial 25% refund! This company is the only one I know with a Facebook page solely dedicated to ripping off customers, which says all you need to know. Daylight robbery.

Overpriced and poor quality

This is a store based in China, besides a long delay in the shipment, the quality of their stuff is poor and very pricey. Don't buy on this site! They even charge a restocking fee, this is ridiculous for a fashion store, they are not selling electronics or valuable items.

This company is a sham!

Low-quality clothing and the most horrible customer service out there!

Plus your clothes come from China, so returns are very expensive postage for you, and then they don’t claim them at customs so it gets returned back to you to no avail! What a joke!

Took forever to arrive

Illegal false advertising - item and return policy

I purchased a beautiful "green" dress after much thought and research for $74 all in. The dress that arrived was blue. I thought it was an error and reached out to StyleWe. I was asked to provide pictures "in natural light" of the dress. I provided three to them - a screenshot of the item as advertised/sold showing a dress with several green shades, a picture of the dress I received outside in sunlight against various shades of green plants/lawn, and a different angle outside of the dress with a green-leafed oak tree and blue sky in the background. The dress is clearly closer to blue (and some of the mid-tones were a perfect match to today's sky). I didn't need or want a blue dress - I have plenty. I would have been happy with nearly "any" shade of green, except drab olive. Even with an olive colored dress, I wouldn't be asking for a full refund since it is a shade of green. This dress does not contain any green.

After providing the pictures of the dress I received, they responded that if they resent the dress, it would be the same shade. My only available option was to return the dress at my cost ($65-$70), and I would be refunded.

Do the math - that would be a refund of net $4 for an item that was falsely advertised, which is expressly illegal in California. I offered to return this dress at their expense, or donate it to charity, as them, not me, and they still refused. I've given them one last chance to respond before I contact both a class action attorney and the CA State Attorney General.

Horrible return policy!

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid extra for rush shipping. It is not clear that rush shipping ONLY occurs once the product arrives in the U.S., which can take weeks. I followed their return policy to the letter and it's been 90 days and my package is still in transit to CHINA. I should have sold the item on eBay! I now have my credit card company involved in trying to get a credit to my account. The worst experience ever with mail order clothes!

Worst customer service ever!

I always love the dresses on this website, but after experiencing two times hard to file returns, I decided to erase this app. I just bought two dress, one of them has a lot of loose thread, bad quality. I sent the pictures of the problem areas to them and they just tell me they are not damaged, and I still need pay for shipping. I will never ever buy anything from them anymore.

Worst return policy ever!

I ordered an item that was supposedly "One Size" (I am a 6-8), and it was ill-fitting; the proportions were totally different from the picture. In fact, the garment was skimpier than the picture. Very disappointing. When I ordered my item, I did not see the following return policy anywhere on the site. In fact, the site said I would receive a full refund if returned within 30 days. If I had known about this policy, I never would have ordered the item in the first place, and I will NEVER order from StyleWe again.

StyleWe scam company - beware!

This company is a scam. Their website states they give returns, but when you try and return, they offer you a percent refund to keep goods. If you still want to return with a full refund, here is how it goes...

You return to the address they provide, they do not collect from customs. Chinese customs say StyleSe (or 'Just Fashion' or many other company names) do not collect the goods. Customs do a "return to sender." This is to force you to accept goods so they do not have to give u a refund, even though you have spent a fortune in return shipping. Then they say they have not received the goods and to return again. One customer fell for the return again scam and same story all over again.

BEWARE, this company is a scam. They force you to keep goods so they still make a profit. Banks and PayPal should not allow them access to debit credit cards. Complain to your bank.

Exchanges and returns

This company is a scam and difficult to contact. I spent $217.00 on 3 items. Not being familiar with the sizing I ordered what was equated to an American size 6. Too small, returned the first item, ordered a size up. The other 2 items were also too small and material on one was very cheap. I had no response the first 2 times requesting a label to return the items for exchange. I finally received a response telling me the company is in Guangzhou, China and they will give me 15% cash refund to use for alterations or 20% store credit. What a joke, how do you alter something that is too small and replaced cheap material? 15% cash refund, that ridiculous.

BUYER BEWARE.

Never received merchandise

I never received the two blouses I ordered, although it was said that they had been shipped. In the past, the sizes were not accurate and the quality was not as good as expected. In short, do not order from this company. A waste of time and money.

Do not buy, it's a fraud!

They stole my money. I wish I read their reviews. StyleWe shipped me an order I placed with JustFashionNow, which I am assuming is owned by the same company, and the garment was not as pictured, not as described, damaged, poorly made, hideous looking actually, and the day I received it was the day I requested a return authorization and shipping label, but 18 days later I have not received one. And their return policy says I need to return items 15 days after receipt, so there’s no way I can possibly return it for a refund.

Meanwhile, they offered me $3 to keep it and not get a refund, but I told them no. I asked them to cancel the backorder, they said would take three weeks to ship, but suddenly after that, they shipped the remainder of my $105 order.

Then...I got one other item and it was a mess! No lining, just a flimsy piece of inferior fabric that doesn’t fall like it does on the website, doesn’t look like the website photo, and looks so cheap! I asked for this to be returned too and I have not heard back. It’s cheaper to pay shipping charges to China than to get $3 and keep it. But they didn’t even offer me that for the second dress I got because they haven’t replied to my multiple emails with video proof and photos. They have effectively taken my money and sent me two out of six dresses I’ve ordered, and of those two, one is damaged, and both are not at all like the photo or description.

In short, these websites are a scam. And by the way, when I tracked the shipment from StyleWe, it was sent from California, not China, and they never answered me when I asked about that either...

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Basically, they do not give refunds!

I ordered a coat for a friend, ordering the largest size possible, but it still didn't fit so they could not substitute anything (I have also read that in retrospect they told another customer she should have ordered the next largest size because their sizing runs about a size smaller). On their website, they say they will refund if they can't replace.

Keep in mind, when you order, they ship the goods out of California and the shipping cost is minimal. So when they state on the website that you are responsible for the return shipping, that seems reasonable. And the package comes to your door as being sent from California.

When, however, you get authorization to return the order, this is what they send you:

"Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible customs fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

So, you either accept a refund of 15 cents on the dollar, or you pay $40 and up to get a tracking number with your return shipment, then wait until the package is received by China, inspected for its condition, and don't forget customs wait and possible charges.

All goes well if you don't need to return anything, I understand.

Buyer beware!

Avoid this website. StyleWe is located in China, so if you receive an item that you do not like, they will not issue a free return label and you are responsible for shipping fees, which because is in China will be extremely expensive and in most cases will cost you more than the actual item. I ordered a size 4/6 and was sent a size large. They do not answer phone calls, and when I reached out to them via email requesting an exchange for a smaller size, a person named "kitty" responded rudely saying it was my fault. I am never doing business with them again. The sizes are not accurate at all and shipping takes weeks to arrive.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

StyleWe is a scam

StyleWe website is a scam. I ordered a Large sized dress on their website (paid $72.50), but the received dress was smaller than normal US Large size. And the color was different from that shown on the computer screen. So I followed their instructions, and being forced to return the dress to their warehouse in China, I paid the expensive shipping cost (paid $23.5). StyleWe recommends using USPS for return shipping on their website. So I did. But this StyleWe recommendation of using USPS was designed as a trap.

USPS only provides online tracking up to its international shipping center in LA. USPS doesn't provide any further tracking once the item leaves US territory. USPS website just shows my return shipping has arrived at its international shipping center and being forwarded to its final destination, which is China. Three months passed. USPS website doesn't show any further tracking update since the item was out of US territory.

Based on this fact, and StyleWe knows this, StyleWe claims that they have not received the returned item and refused to provide any refund. I've exchanged many emails with StyleWe and they always said they haven't received my return, thus no refund. I have spent $96 on both the dress cost and return shipping but am left with nothing. I've emailed them many times, all their staff (Medicine, Elaine, StyleWe CS Team) just played word games, asking for a tracking number and then said USPS tracking is not showing the item have been delivered in China. Of course not, because USPS doesn't track the package in China! It's a very bad experience dealing with StyleWe. The whole setup, their website, and their so-called CS Team, is a scam.

Buyer be aware! I'll share this bad experience with my friends and on social media to make sure honest American people don't fall into these designed cheating scams anymore.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

SCAM!

I ordered two dresses; they took 32 days to arrive. I am 5'7", both dresses looked like tops and not dresses and I was really disappointed. Both were pretty and well made, but just barely covered my bottom and definitely could not be worn for work, which was my intent.

Following their instructions, I contacted them to let them know I needed to do a return and received the following response (see below). If I had known they were in China and would charge me a fortune to return, I never would have ordered from them. I am not interested in a store credit or a $15 refund. I want my $100 refunded. I am fine with paying a reasonable amount to ship it back, but customs fees, etc. are ridiculous and should have been made clear when I placed my order.

Let the buyer beware

I purchased a dress for my wife as a Christmas present. After the initial purchase confirmation, nothing - no order update, no shipping notice - nothing for 15 days. After three attempts via StyleWe’s website to obtain an update, I emailed their customer service directly and finally heard back. The dress arrived, but it was apparent the size was wrong. I followed the return instructions included with the order and received an email response about 48 hours later. The dress would have to be returned TO CHINA and I would be responsible for postage and any customs fees! As an alternative, they offered a 20% store credit - as if I or my wife would ever order from them again! We in the US are accustomed to easy, no-questions-asked returns. This is not how StyleWe operates. Buyer, beware! You have been warned.

Do not order!

I received the items in good time. There was a wide range of quality. One dress has a tear in the seam. One was way to small, the other way too big even though both were the same size. The real problem comes when you wish to make a return. They will offer to discount at least two times. When I did return in August 2018, still no refund. They say customs has held up the package in China. They again offered a 40% store credit or 30% refund. DO NOT order unless you are willing to lose some of your money if a return is needed.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
