Scam, do not buy anything from Focallure!

I placed my order on May 9th, it is now June 27th. I have not received my order. I have contacted them several times and am told it's in processing. I have requested my money back and they refuse.

Frustrating

I ordered a brow product in May and still have not received it. I contacted them through email and keep getting the same response that the demand was high and there is a delay, but it would be sent out any day. Still, I have not received the product. This company is a scam, in my opinion. Good thing I paid through PayPal and I’m going to put in a claim to get my money back. Do not order anything from them.

Don't buy from them!

I ordered the black pen and paid straight away.

I've never received any tracking number, nowhere to be seen! No update on my order!

40 days later I emailed them to check for a tracking number as I have not received my item. I received a reply asking to be patient as no stock at the moment.

I've asked for a refund by PayPal and got my money back.

The thing is, I wanted this item and purchased more of cosmetics too, but with this poor service, I will NEVER trust this business again!

Poor customer service

I ordered a Patented Microblading Tattoo Eyebrow Ink Pen on May 19th. As of July 6, 2018, I still had not received it. I sent emails requesting a refund and was told that the order had already been fulfilled, which was a complete lie, as they could not give me a tracking number.

Don't waste your money.

Scam alert!

I bought the brow product that was heavily advertised. It has been two months, and I have not received the order. At first, my order was still traceable but with no change in the product shipping status which was "in process." I kept getting the same reply from their customer service "we are experiencing high demand and hope to ship your product ASAP," but even after I demanded a refund, the reply was the same. They didn’t even acknowledge my request for a cancellation and refund. After a while, my order number could not even be found! Outrageous!

Shut down Focallure! It’s a scam!

Avoid like the plague!

I ordered the microblade tattoo eyebrow pen. It eventually arrived after two months and three chasing emails asking where it was. When it did arrive, the pen was bone dry so is less than useless and they are refusing to give me a refund. Do NOT shop with them.

Dreadful experience

Liquid eyebrow pen

I am taking the time to write a review because bad products and customer service should be rewarded.

The Music Flower eyebrow pen doesn't work or do what is advertised. And the customer service is horrible. I was not notified when I ordered that it was on backorder. After a month I checked on it, only to be told it would ship soon. During the next two months, I asked to cancel my order three times. All three times I was told I just need to keep waiting. You can go buy a similar product at your local drug store. Why was I waiting for three months?

When it finally arrived and didn't even work, I was disgusted.

Great product

Hi everyone. I honestly think this product was well worth the money, it's a great product. The product as described in details, easy to apply, lovely textures, and stays on the lips.

Perfect for me and my skin, no irritations. Great colors, variety available. Long lasting, not having to apply all the time. I highly recommend it to others.

Do not buy the lip gloss

I was super excited to get the six lip glosses that I ordered from Follacure. I tried one on yesterday the lip gloss was dried out and looked like it had been used. I decided to check the rest of them and the same thing. I emailed them to have the situation rectified and they did not care!

Hmm

Just wondering how this product can be made and sold in the US when the package was sent straight from China. Also, the package says "cruelty-free." Maybe just be a typo. Maybe not. Hmmm. The product does last all day, but is not moisturizing. The same thing as Mac and I'm sure many other companies have been doing for years. Not bad though.

Scam artists

Like everyone else, I’ve experienced the exact same thing. I have been waiting on my product since September 21st and nothing. I contacted customer support and they were useless saying since you didn’t cancel within 48 hours we can only issue a store credit. Hello idiots, if I’d known I wasn’t going to get my product within 48 hours, well then I would’ve canceled it! Any legit type of business wouldn’t handle things this way, so that lets you know they aren’t a legit business.

Please don’t waste your time and money dealing with these con artists...you’ll regret it later. The Better Business Bureau needs to shut them down! There is no way in this world I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Cautious

I found the Luxe Focallure Liquid Lipstick advertised while I was Christmas shopping. I can't say for sure exactly where it popped up, but I was clearly enticed. I ordered the lipstick on December 4, 2018. I had almost completely forgotten about this purchase when a strange gray package from "Office 1301 Pasay City Philippines" showed up in my mailbox yesterday, January 22, 2019. I couldn't imagine what I had ordered from the Philippines. I carefully opened it to discover this Luxe Focallure Liquid Lipstick inside. The box has a sticker across the front with a scan box and the words "MADE IN CHINA." I'm afraid of the ingredients that may be in this lipstick. I won't put it on my lips. Waste of money no matter how cheap it was. Buyer beware.

Item was nothing like what was in their website

On their website they had two sets of Twinkly genuine LED lights, one of 175 LED lights at $29 and 225 LED lights at $39. I bought 3 sets of Twinkly 225 LED lights at $39 and what I received was some jobber type LED lights of 150 per set. I got ripped off. They will also automatically put you in a monthly automatic payment subscription of their female beauty products. It makes no sense for me to subscribe from them, I'm male.

BabeBox review scam

So I originally signed up for the "free" starter box ($6.95 shipping), and I wasn't too disappointed with it. It DID take a REALLY long time for it to be sent out and the products really weren't all that great. But what really ticked me off is, after I received my box, I received an email from Focallure offering me a $5 refund and $5 (each) in account credit if I wrote a review on the 4 sites that I received links to in the email and uploaded proof (which I did). This was over a month ago (closer to 6 weeks now). I had to have a new credit card issued, so I haven't provided my new card number to Focallure yet. I've received multiple emails regarding the fact that they can't bill me for this month's box, but I have yet to receive a single response when I ask them if they intend to provide me the credits/refund I was promised. I'm going to be editing my previous reviews, and if anyone else has had this same experience, please reply to this post. I'd love to know if this is an isolated incident or if they've done this to other customers as well.

While the idea is great...

While the idea of the company is great, execution isn't. I have subscribed to the box and have yet to receive it, but their customer service is very lacking, especially for a company that claims to have exceptional customer service. I sent many emails and dealt with more than one representative, all contradicting each other. I ended up giving up altogether. I look forward to my box coming in the mail in hopes that it will redeem, but until then, I'm most definitely not in love with Focallure.

Ordered the "FREE" BabeBox

Signed up for the free BabeBox from FOCALLURE (which isn't free, since you must pay for shipping). The box arrived a little over a week later and was packed very well, so no items were damaged in transit. I received five items, which face value were around $85. Two items from Aesthetica (a bronze and shimmer palette in Tan to Dark - which I am far from) and a Beauty sponge, a lip lacquer from Vincent Longo, one single Almay eyeshadow, and an O Two O eyelash essence. I am not overly thrilled with the box, since I may only use two of the three items, but it was the first box. You actually have to get at least one more box to get the first box for "free". If you cancel you get charged full price for the first box. Hoping the second box is better...

Bad products, even worse customer service that won't allow you to unsubscribe. I had to revoke their permissions to bill me on PayPal in order to cancel. Would not recommend, stick with Boxycharm or FabFitFun.
