Charged before finishing trial

Tried Hubble Contacts and was charged for subscription 16 days after order when they gave me 15 pairs of contacts. They do not allow time for shipping of the contacts and enough days to use the contacts. I did not have time to use the full trial before I was charged. Called customer service and they said they could not do anything. Feel like I was forced to purchase something I do not want.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I purchased the contacts and told a few friends about the $1 offer.

We all received the boxes. I still received the contacts monthly at regular price. A few months later I saw the $1 offer and ordered via another email. They said they could not verify.

Poor customer service guy was rude and wouldn't explain why they never verified the first time. My friends didn't have prescriptions either. It sucks you have to call to cancel subscription. Should be able to via website so we have evidence we canceled.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a scam

This is a subscription service that you cannot cancel without being charged. I tried. The contacts are too thick to be wearable. They don't accept returns and they will charge you immediately, even if you contact them to cancel. This company is bad news and the products will damage your eyes.

Worst company ever! Scam.

RUN, don't walk, away from this company! They give you a $1 for 30 pairs of contacts. Before you even get the trial, which took 3 weeks to arrive, they charge you for $40 without your permission! They refuse to refund this money or allow you to return the contacts! THIS IS A SCAM!

In reference to your refund request, I am sorry to inform you that since the package has already been shipped out prior to your cancellation call, we are unable to pull back the order and we don't accept return for refund. This was a general business decision made to help protect the safety regulations of our contacts since these are class II medical devices. However, you've successfully cancelled your subscription so rest assured there will be no more transactions or charges that will be made on this account moving forward.

Trying to unsubscribe

I have tried to contact someone to unsubscribe me. You guys take 2 payments at a time sometimes. And my daughter does not Iike them. She says they give her a headache.

I have not received my contacts in 2 months

I have NOT received my contacts in two months. Customer service is only available via email. I continue to be billed and I have verified my change of address and still cannot get this issue resolved! Waiting to hear back from someone via email is frustrating.

These contacts are terrible. They pop out of my eyeballs and are so dry.

Awful contacts. Divina O. didn’t take my reviews seriously and just told me that Hubble isn’t for everyone. Product is flawed and customer service is not existent.

Wishing I could cancel, but no one ever answers!

I’ve tried countless times to cancel my subscription and cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone! A customer sits in complete silence for a very long time to have no one greeting them on the other end. Month after month, the $39 comes out, and I call and get nothing. Finally, my bank was gracious enough to block any future charges from you. The contacts are “ok” - my Acuvue Oasis are what I’m so excited to return to!

Wrongfully charged

I signed up for the $1 for 30 pairs. I was charged $36.99 for the next month that I didn’t even sign up for. I was also sent another box I never requested. What type of company does this? Someone better get back to me or there will be legal problems.

Your service is horrible

I've tried to cancel one of my two orders multiple times. I never submitted a second order. When I called in they let me know I only can cancel both, not just one. Your company is a joke.

Will never recommend

These are the worst contacts ever. Dried my eye out to where when I had the emergency room remove it, ended up tearing off the first layer of my eye. Tried contacting them to end my subscription to them disconnecting our call 3 times. Absolutely do not recommend!
