After reading The Plant Paradox book, I have been following the dietary program for the past few weeks. In combination with Primal Plants, I experienced smooth and regular bowel movements and also few kgs in weight loss. I take it every morning on empty stomach, mixing it into the structured water and it dissolves quite easily. I feel more clarity and energy in the day. I look forward to taking it every morning.

I really enjoy the taste. I was taking another product of a similar nature, but the taste was horrible. This product tastes so good that I look forward to drinking it every day. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the price. It's a bit expensive.

The product seems to be working as a detoxifier and works for me that way, but I thought I would see more results in improved stamina and improved metabolism that would assist in weight loss. In fact, I have gained weight in the short period I have used it. I am not giving up this soon, however, and I’m willing to give it more time.

I have only been using Primal Plants and Vital Reds for about two weeks now, and I feel better but not any big difference yet. I would like to note that until four months ago I was on Luprkne Shots and that really takes a toll on me. I am still getting hot flashes as a result, and hope these will go away soon. I mix my Primal Plants and Vital Reds with my protein shake every morning; I use 1 banana, 3/4 cup blueberries, 2 cups Almond Milk, 2 scoops Organic Plants Protein Powder, 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil, and 8 ice cubes.

Primal Plants, I believe, is a well-developed supplement. I have been following Dr. Gundry for maybe 12 months now. Primal Plants is easy to take, and I can see the rewards of increased energy already. I am also taking the Vital Reds and also another powder form of prebiotic supplied to me by Dr. Gundry.

I mix all three products together with icy cold water and drink it after my breakfast. I find that eating breakfast first is better.

Dr. Gundry's approach to supplements and other health topics I find is very balanced. I have been researching holistic health now for the last ten years and think Dr. Gundry has the whole idea in the box with what we should and shouldn't be eating.

I highly recommend Primal Plants and all the other supplements Dr. Gundry has to offer.

We are new to using this product, but so far it seems to be working well. I don't notice any negative side effects. I'm hopeful that along with eliminating lectins, I will finally feel better. I've been gluten-free for about six years, worked on leaky gut issues, and still found that I was bloating and not feeling well after meals. I think it may take awhile before I notice differences.

I ordered the Primal Plants because I have had issues with IBS. I am now finishing the 4th week on this product, and I have had NO problems or concerns with IBS. I am maintaining and losing some weight. And it seems that the dry flaky patches on my arms have begun to clear, and my skin seems to have more elasticity.

I took a risk by for the first time buying a medical product, Primal Plants, based on watching an online video.

However, my experience after using this product for about one month is that it has had a significantly positive impact on my GI issues. I have not observed any effect on my skin problems, but I am open to the possibility that this may change after I use Primal Plants for a longer period.

I am now 62 years old and have been very careful with my eating habits. I did Doctor Fuhrman for a few years and noticed a good change, and still do some of his ideas.

I came across Doctor Gundry and was excited to try the Vital Reds. I do believe it help boost my energy level. I bought the book, and now I am doing the Heart Defense, Prebiothrive, and Primal Plants and following a lot of the eating plan from the book. I love it all, and I add it to my smoothies from his book. So yum!

I was completely drained after my surgery implanted two stents and six months later I fell from the second floor and hit the sidewalk on March 26, 2016. Since that time I am on physiotherapy. I thought that I will never be able to recover energy.

Since a couple of weeks now, I took regularly Primal Plants, Prebiotics and Vital Reds. I took them for about 10 days before I begin to regain energy. My emotional side is better, and I have more energy. It is amazing. I can definitely tell I have more energy. I do not have trouble going to sleep. I sleep more soundly than before starting on the Vital Reds and the Primal Plants. The taste for both products is very delicious. Because I don't want to drink a lot of water before I go to the gym, I put the Vital Reds in my no fat, non-flavored yogurt. It makes it a pretty pink and very tasty. I add my roasted steel cut oats to the mix. It is a great breakfast with a banana.

I am almost through my first container of Primal Plants. I take it every morning with Vital Reds, so I'm not sure that I can separate one from the other.

I was dragging every morning before I started taking them, and then heard Dr. Gundry explain how polyphenols are energy. So I thought I should start taking polyphenols. I do feel bright and alert in the morning now.

I can't say I've noticed any of the other supposed benefits, like weight loss or better skin. But it's only been a month, I guess. I like it just for the energy.
