I am 55 years old and I live in Australia. My daughter recently bought me a glam set of One Two Lashes because my eyelashes are sparse and thin and blonde. It took me over an hour to try and get the eyelash on and so I asked my daughter to help me with it.

We got the left eyelash on fine, but as we were putting the right lash, the magnetic strip simply fell off. My daughter tried to put it back on, but she gave up. I have to say that I've carefully read the instructions and watched the videos and was confident that everything I did was correct, however, I feel that poor quality control was the problem here.

When I called customer support all they did was argue with me about how I "may have misused the product" and that it was 100% quality controlled. I felt like it was my fault. It was a very frustrating process for a 55-year-old and for a product that is so expensive I believe that the quality of it should have been much better.

Unfortunately, we ended up throwing the lashes away because I got so frustrated with the whole process. It may be worthwhile for customers to check this product before application.

Unfortunately, I can't promote this product to my friends, and I'll have to find another product to highlight my lashes.

So, I really wanted to like these! I have been trying without any success to get them on. Perhaps you need smaller hands to get them on properly. I will keep practicing as one of them looks awful already, and I lost one of the lower lashes while trying the applicator. Very frustrating! I hope to have better news next time!

Waste of money honestly. It's made cheaply and takes longer to put on. I ordered to try and hate them. I'm very much into makeup and lashes. I have Lilly lashes and get extensions often but these suck. Don't waste your money.

I bought these months ago and to this day haven’t worn them. I have watched the video many times, tried so many times to get them on. No luck, so I gave up. Simple is not correct. Lots of time spent on this and I don’t have that kind of time to waste.

I watched the presentation by Katy Stoka and was impressed. I was looking for an alternative to eyelash extensions. During checkout, there was a deal to upgrade to a two case purchase, which I did.

However, my PayPal account was charged three times. Once for the initial one case purchase plus two charges for the two case upgrade. I only wanted one set. I immediately called One Two Cosmetics but it was the weekend with a recording to call on Monday, I called Monday morning, but Customer Service said there is nothing they could do because all three orders were already mailed. The mail has not gone out yet, but I have to wait to receive all three orders and pay return shipping. Not a good way to do business.

I really wanted to like these, and I did at first, but quickly realized they are extremely poor quality. I only wore them three times, and on the fourth time, I noticed lashes on my face all night. When I took them off a few hours later almost all the lashes fell out. I had been very careful with them and made sure I didn't pull on the lashes, and as I said, only wore them a total of four times before they started falling apart. It is disappointing to spend $70 on lashes that are basically disposable. I have fake, glue-on lashes that have lasted years.

Since I rarely wore them, when they started falling apart it was just under two months since I ordered them, so customer service refused to replace them, saying it was past their "30-day guarantee." This is a horrible way to run a company. All companies replace defective merchandise, which is what I consider these. This response just affirms that they make a very poor quality product and assume they will fall apart after a month.

They should state on the website that they do not last beyond three uses.

As a new customer, I placed one online order for one set of lashes. I received an electronic confirmation, and then six minutes later I received a second confirmation for three more sets of lashes! My credit card was charged $50 for one set of lashes and then $150 for three more sets when I only ordered one set!

I immediately emailed the customer service department and a few hours later I received emails that both orders shipped and charged my Visa for four sets of lashes; no acknowledgment of the email I sent trying to stop the fraudulent shipment of three extra lashes! I called the 1-800 number since they did not respond to my email and was told they would offer me 40% off of the four sets of lashes if I want to keep them or I can pay shipping to return the three I never ordered in the first place! After pushing back they told me they would credit my first set of lashes and I would need to refuse delivery on the set of three lashes and return the unopened package and they would credit the fraudulent charges in 5-7 business days after receiving the shipment back.

Today, the shipment arrived and all four sets are in one package so I cannot open them and access the set they claimed they would "credit" me. I made a second call to the 1-800 number and again was offered a 40% discount to "keep all four sets of lashes." This is absurd. The entire box of four lashes is going back!

Do not trust this company. I only ordered one set and they shipped and billed me for four sets and tried to make me keep them for a 40% discount or PAY to ship them back after they shipped them to me without my permission. I asked if a manager would like to address my concerns before I blog online about this but was told they offered me all the solutions available and a manager would not do anything additional for this situation. This is unethical business practice.

Don't waste your time buying these lashes, you will NEVER get them on, soooo FRUSTRATING. They claim that with practice you will master it, well, I was determined to use them and have wasted my time and used all my patience! I even watched their video as they suggested and they have 3 different methods to try to get them on, but NONE of them work. Even if you do manage to put them on by fluke, they don't look natural at all! And don't even try to get your money back because someone else answers their customer care number and they haven't responded to my email.

I ordered two packets of lashes and they were postmarked January 10th. Lovely packaging, but when I finally got a pair on, they were half destroyed, and I didn't care for the look. Not satisfied with the product, I returned the lashes (second package wasn't even opened) via insured UPS mail on January 31st. On March 9th, I hadn't received a refund, so I contacted the company. After a massive amount of run around, I was told that the lashes were received and that I would be issued a full refund within 3-5 business days, as well as a cheery email to confirm this.

Today is March 23rd, I have not received a refund, and I went through the same painful phone call as March 9th.

At this point, I not only sparse eyelashes, but balled spots from pulling out my hair from trying to deal with this company.

I feel bad for the customer service representatives who had to deal with my rising frustration and anger - which has only been exaggerated by the emails I continue to receive to recommend the product to friends.

I ordered lashes to wear on special occasions. The lashes were okay, but it was obvious that I was wearing false lashes because the magnet is tough to disguise. The lashes did not hold up well and only lasted a few months. I would not recommend this product.

I bought several cases of these lashes because it looked so easy. It is three months later and I still have not been able to put these on. It is not half as easy as they show it to be. I try about every week or so to put these on just so I can see if practice makes perfect. NOT...Now I am stuck with three cases of lashes and nothing to do with them.

I gave One Two Cosmetics another try...waste of time and money. The "bold" lashes I ordered did not even fit my eyes, they were too short. The lashes were not the dramatic bold look I was looking for at all.

I contacted customer service who were polite but appeared very disinterested in my problem offered a big percentage off the product but why would I take that when they are unwearable? Not sure she was really listening to the issues I had.

Buyer take note: you have a 30-day guarantee in which to return but the clock starts ticking from order date. In my case, it took 10 days from order to arrive. If you need to return I suggest you do it promptly. The buyer is 100% responsible for return shipping costs even if they send you a product you can’t wear, so buyer beware.

I tried very hard to like this product/company and Emily from One Two left a message on this page to which I replied then heard nothing. I had to chase them and eventually received a pair which were also too short so yet more money wasted. I will not be reordering again.

My advice; try cheaper alternatives where you can return without all of the aggravation I have experienced with this product.

I really wanted to love this. I tried for three hours to get these things on. No luck. I also found the strip to be too large for my eyes. I am feeling a bit ripped off as these weren't cheap. I would not recommend. Wasted my money on this product.

I've had them a week and still cannot master getting them on straight! It's frustrating and a tad annoying. I've watched the videos, but they do not help. I'm a little frustrated because I'm sick of mascara and so-called "lash lengthening" serums that are dangerous. I did not like the enclosed tweezers either. Not having the easiest time of it. I'm going to keep trying. I think the idea is incredible and I hope that I can master the process. I would recommend it to friends, but with the stipulation that it takes time to learn how to do-that the videos make it look easy, but that's not the case for everyone.

I couldn't wait to snap my new lashes on one, two three. I have very "hooded" eyelids, so I thought these would be perfect. I've never been able to use false eyelashes but I convinced myself even I could use these, it looks so easy! Well, let's just say I still have never worn false lashes! I've watched online over and over again, but after a few tries I get frustrated and have to take a break. I would like to say that they do seem very well made but somehow I've managed to twist one up so bad I don't think it will work if I could get it to stay on.

Anyway, I'm not throwing in the towel yet, I'm going to keep trying. I think this is a good product and I will get it right sooner or later!

I like the idea of this product and the fact, that it does not use glue or other harmful things. They are easy to apply. What I don't like about the product is at the end of the day my eyes are tired. My real lashes feel heavy from holding the weight of the product. I don't think this is good for your eyes. It is almost like my eye lashes feel they have worked out all day. I don't recommend wearing them for work or all day, just special times.

I was really looking forward to receiving this product. Very disappointed. The application is not easy or does it get easier. When I did get them on once or twice, I wasn’t able to wear them because they looked ridiculous. They weren’t flush to the eyelid line. It was absolutely noticeable and they couldn’t be shifted unless I removed and started over. I can’t imagine who’s lid line is shaped like these lashes. It’s such a great idea. Unfortunately, they haven’t mastered it yet.

FYI, if you buy and need to return, they will charge you, it could be as much as $25.00!

I was excited to order some magnetic lashes for a friend for Christmas. The first package that came was incomplete; it only had the top lashes, no bottom lashes, so there was nothing to magnetize to. Customer Service was mediocre, they could ship me new ones, but not in time for Christmas, they couldn't change the address to which they shipped, and it would be a slightly different product since they were out of that type.

The second package came, but by that time I decided to order from Silly George instead (and got one for myself). So I had the chance to try out both brands side by side, and SG was SO MUCH better than One Two Cosmetics because there were THREE magnets on each eye, allowing a round shape. It took some practice, but I got the SG lashes to look great pretty easily. The One Two Cosmetics lashes never looked realistic, always too flat in shape.

I'm returning the One Two Cosmetics lashes.

I emailed for a return and surprisingly heard back about getting a refund. I was worried. I shipped the product back last week and received an email saying I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days on 6/13. It's 6/17 so here's to hoping the money will show up. Not happy about having to pay for return shipping though.

I received the lashes in less than a week. It takes several times to apply. Once you get the handle, the lashes look natural. My only complaint is one of the lashes came without the magnetic strip. I emailed the company and am waiting for a response as to a solution.

I was very excited to get these lashes, however, they are very difficult to get on. At last I seemed to master it and then I was out one night with my lashes on, I got home, and the right side was missing! This is very annoying, to say the least, after paying $70 for them.

Also, the red dot is VERY hard to see on the lashes. You practically need a magnifying glass. I did like how they look, but I am very upset that they fell off. They were on for a few hours and then gone! Also, as they age, they get even straighter and therefore harder to apply, so beware!

I do like the lashes but for them to blend I need to wear full makeup. They were hard to get on at first but that comes with time. One thing that I want to see different is that they seemed to be too short for the length of my eyelid which is noticeable. And they are too straight and don't get with the natural curve of the eye.

They are very pretty though and don't get me wrong, the good outweighs the bad! I would recommend over extensions any day!

I can tell these are a great product, once I figure out how to use them correctly. They always seem to clasp together 1/3 way down from my lash line, rather than close to or at the lash line.

Things I like: A comfortable lash without having to use toxic glues near my eyes. An innovative way to attach false lashes. A choice of lash styles. Quick delivery. Fairly reasonable prices. The company made an attempt to show how to "install" the lashes.

Things needing improvement: 1) First and most important, eyelids are curved, people! Why make a straight lash? Because the lashes are mounted on a straight plastic rod, regardless of where you place the lash, one end or the other sticks out and does not follow the curve of your lid.

2) Because of the first problem, I did a little minor surgery of my lashes and nipped off about 1 mm from each lash, making them fit better.

3) I am a very pale red-head with blonde natural lashes. The lashes only come in black, which is a little harsh and obvious for me. I would snap up a pair in a dark brown color.

4) In addition to having pale natural lashes, they are short and somewhat sparse. Even the Accent lashes made me look like Daisy Duck. So, I very carefully, with manicure scissors and a magnifying glass, modified the lashes to a more natural length and thickness for me. A shorter, more natural option would be a welcome addition to the styles you offer.

5) Application. I tried the "upper lash first" method from their promotional video. No luck. And those are painful little suckers to have flying sideways into your eyeball when you make a mistake putting them on. I created my own system, putting the lower lash in place, and then closing my eye onto the lash. I could then slide the upper lash down my lid until it clicked into place, avoiding the flinching and blinking that happened when I tried to keep my eye open while trying to attach the lower lash last as shown in the video.

6) Finally, some sort of applicator would be helpful. I got creative and dipped the tips of an old pair of tweezers in several layers of nail polish to minimize some of their magnetic 'pull,' and am using them instead of my fingertips to apply the lashes. A set of polished wood or plastic tweezers with nice cushy tips would be a nice addition to the lash set.

So there you go. I'll gladly accept a free set of their new, curved, brown, natural Accent lashes when they manufacture them, as I have now solved all of their problems (LOL).

I found that the Bold lashes have some flaws that make them nearly impossible to look decent without any other makeup. The band does not bend to fit the shape of the lash line and just sticks out awkwardly. It does somehow look good in pictures though, and from very far away.

A solution I found is to apply mascara on the tips of my eyelashes, and then apply the magnetic lashes between the mascara and my lash line on the part of my real lashes that doesn't have mascara. By also applying mascara on the bottom lashes, for the most part, my lashes look nice. However, it still takes a bit of time to make it look right, and not everyone has lashes long enough to be able to only apply on the tips.

I love how you do not have to use glue. The magnets work wonderful, but sometimes the lashes don't curve with my own, so it is hard to get them close to my lash line. Not sure if adding an extra magnet on each end, maybe a very small one, would help. I have been able to use my first pair many times and have not even started on my second pair.

I do very much love them, but I am not sure if I can purchase another set as they are quite expensive. I would love to see the price point be closer to $50 and that would make it much more enticing to re-order and keep using.

One Two Lash, thank you so much for asking for feedback. The set makes me know that you very much care about your company and the products that you are selling. I really wanted to make my comments constructive and positive. Even though I have a hard time getting the lashes to line up on my lash line, I still like to use them almost daily.

Lastly, the red dot that helps to decipher the top from the bottom did not last past the first time using them. So I had to be very careful to keep them straight. I could tell that the top lash was always a little smaller than the lower lash but it would helpthat red dot stayed.
