    I ordered three items from them and nearly two months later hadn't received them. I contacted Focallure and was told it would be sent that day. Another month went by and still no items, so I contacted them again and was told the same thing. When I said I thought they were conning people out of their money, all I got was the same email from a different person. As I had paid through PayPal, I told Focallure I was going to open a case with them and they offered me a 10% refund as that's all they could do as they were unable to give full refunds or cancel orders. Amazing that when PayPal contacted them, they immediately canceled my order and refunded the full amount. Do not buy from them as you are unlikely to receive your products.

    The website is all wrong; it has no details of the sizes of the products. They claim to be cruelty-free, but I have checked with PETA, and they are NOT registered, and their products are NOT cruelty-free.

    I got delivered a small tub of sand! It was supposed to be a body scrub, but there was no labeling, just a completely blank pot. Very dodgy. It took over a month to arrive and cost nearly $30. Very poor service.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I made an order a few months ago, and it arrived after a month. I thought they are somehow a good online business, so I ordered again last March 7, 2018, for items worth $110. But until now they haven't sent me any shipment details! What the heck is going on now?! I have been emailing them and messaging on Facebook, but they keep on giving me the same response!

    You are scamming people of their hard-earned money! You have no conscience! I tried asking for a refund but they offered me a refund of 7%! WHAT? Otherwise, they just want me to wait for my order which they wouldn't even tell when they will ship. I am really sick of their responses! They give you reasons like, there has been a shortage in the items. What the heck? Then why is it even on your website and you let people order them? Isn't that plain scamming? Send me my orders or refund me my money!

    I have ordered my product since mid-February and until now, end of March, I did not receive anything. So, I sent an email in early March to check and they said they will be sending it soon. But, the item still did not arrive. So, I send an email to them again to find that the item is still in their warehouse, and nobody is doing anything with my order. Hence, I asked for a refund, but they said they cannot refund or cancel. What the heck! So this company is just out to cheat money. Don't ever buy anything from them or you will regret it!

    Here is an update on my order on May 30, 2018. I still have yet to receive my order. I asked to cancel the order and get my full refund but was told my order is getting prepared to ship this week. Then I am told "due to a great number of orders, there is a delay. We will do the best to ship your order as soon as possible." I have asked to cancel my order three times and they refuse to cancel and refund me my money. I have threatened to take them to court, and they just do not seem to care one bit.

    To the reader please NEVER order from this company. They do not get you your order in a timely manner and they are in the US (says there email).

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Horrible customer service

    I ordered a couple of items. The site and their emails state that they are located in Nevada. I am in California, not far apart. I ordered mid-March to have my items in time for an event to test them out beforehand and what not. Here we are the Friday before my event, and still NO PACKAGE.

    About a week after ordering I emailed asking where my items where. I was told that I ordered an item that was out of stock and they could not ship my package due to that. First off, why did the site not say sold out? Second, why was I not told that would hold up my order?

    I emailed back after receiving an email saying my order was being processed. I was told we are working hard to get your order to you as fast as we can. All responses that have been received from them seem very robotic. I just want what I ordered in a timely manner. I would understand not getting an order in a week if I ordered from WISH or a place in Europe. But to be a Nevada and I in California its complete BS.

  • Definitely stay away!

    I ordered a set of magnetic lashes from this excuse of a company in July 2017. To date, I have STILL not received them!

    I have emailed them countless times and received an auto-reply stating that someone from their customer service team would be contacting me. BIG SURPRISE, I have not received a call from anyone. The last couple of emails I sent, I said I wanted my money back. Again, BIG SURPRISE, I have not heard from anyone but STILL receive countless emails regarding other products.

    STAY AWAY from this company - they take your money, and you get no product.

  • Before you buy on Focallure, it sounds great, but it's totally not...

    Overall Experience:

    Ok people, I wanted to do myself something good and spoil myself with some vegan, cruelty-free makeup and I landed on Focallure with their "small prices." So I bought the Magnetic Lashes ($25), the Waterproof glitter lips ($12), one set brushes ($25), and one silicon "sponge" ($2).

    The package came really fast but I was very disappointed when I tried everything. The lashes have no form, and the ends always stay up, and after one time of just trying to put them on, the magnet fell. And you are supposed to use them over and over?

    I can't use them at all, not even with glue because of the form, and this for $25? The lips is the worst thing I have ever tried; it's extremely heavy on the lips, it dries and flakes looking really old and sticky, just awful! The brushes were not sent with the original packaging as they picture it, so that all the brushes where flat and looking horrible when delivered, and the silicon sponge was not the same one I ordered.

    I tell you, people, NEVER, ever buy from there! Of course, I thought it would be easy to return it all and forget about it since I had PayPal, but Focallure sends really cheap and doesn't make international returns, they just wanted to give me 20% back. After complaining, customer service wrote me that I should just put the brushes in water for some days and about the lipgloss complaint, he wrote to me that "that's perfectly fine."

    On all the packages I got say produced by PRC, which is China. China does obligatory animal testing in all cosmetic products. Focallure advises in PayPal not to file for a problem and instead email with them, which I didn't do. I got all my money back and will never buy anything from there. It is not transparent, copying cheap French Sephora trendy trash and somehow selling it as vegetarian and vegan and cruelty-free. Take care where you put your interest and money on. I don't want to support this, rather buy from KatVonD; it's guaranteed, awesome, and the price is pretty much the same.

    I ordered a product almost a month ago and even paid for faster shipping. The shipping listed as ship 2-7 days, after several weeks not receiving, I contacted the company and was told it was being processed still. Asked to cancel the order since it had not shipped and was told I could not since it was being processed. It would be sent in 3-7 days (policy is to pay for return shipping, meaning I’d pay for shipping twice).

    It is now 8 days later, and it still shows processing. I contacted customer service again about this and was told to contact the same people as the first time when I was told no! I explained that I wanted to know other options and was told they did not have the ability to return or refund! I wanted the product, now I just want ALL my money back!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Focallure. On 2/23 ordered "free" (NOT FREE, shipping + second box full price + shipping on that one). It’s been 29 days, I’ve been charged for the full price box already (3/12 got shipping confirmation for March box, but they are supposed to ship between 5th-10th), and STILL NOTHING on the February box! I canceled because I didn’t like their business practices, and if you don’t cancel by the 20th, you get charged on the 1st for the next month. It took me a week and THREE emails (you have to email), to get it canceled. In that email, I kindly addressed some concerns so that I could possibly help them see a customer's standpoint. Zero acknowledgment that I even said anything.

    It doesn’t matter how amazing these products are, I do not want to support this business by giving them any more money. I looked it up (should have before) and they have two stars and an F on the BBB. I try to see the best in people and companies, but this one is unethical, deceiving, and could care less about you, they just want your money, and that’s ALL they care about. I get that you have to make money, and have certain policies, and snags happen so shipping might get delayed. But this is completely ridiculous. The fact that they didn’t try to make things better, or at the very least acknowledge the problems, on top of all these issues. That is bad business.

    On 4/21/17 I placed an order using my PayPal account.

    This is the shipping policy copied from their site:

    STANDARD GROUND EXPEDITED U.S. SHIPPING (2-8 BUSINESS DAYS)

    U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days. (not a guaranteed service)

    $4.95 charge for all U.S. orders under $25.00 - Above it's FREE!

    $24.88 charge for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands countries. (Free above $100.00)

    *U.S orders under 0.03 lbs will be shipped by non-trackable service. Delivery within 7 days.

    Alrighty, so on May 1st I attempted to track my order through the form on their site, but nothing for my order could be found. Also, on May 1st I then emailed them, because even though their site proudly states "24/7 customer support" there is no contact info anywhere to be found other than an email address. When my message sent, I received a confirmation stating that I should get a response within 8-12 hours. Again, what happened to 24/7 support?

    After the first email, I received no response.

    On May 2nd I emailed again. There was no response as of the morning of May 4th (today).

    On May 4th I go to their Facebook page and send a message. No response on Facebook, but later in the day I get an email response (three days after I sent the first email) stating that my order is already on its way, with a USPS tracking number, and then it says that the tracking number may not work for a few days (?).

    Remember the site says that when they use USPS, they ship Priority, which takes three business days anywhere in the US. I run a business and ship daily. I know this. I ordered two weeks ago, Priority takes three days, but the tracking number isn't working yet? Hogwash! If priority tracking won't be available for a few days as they stated, and as it shows on the USPS site, that means that the package has not actually been picked up and scanned in by the USPS, which means that they haven't shipped it. They have only printed the postage for it, which will print a tracking number, but nothing will show up on the USPS until they get it and scan it in. In other words, they are a big ole' liars and my order has not shipped, it has just been printed.

    More verification. I go back to the site package tracking form, and when I put on my order, I get a screen saying: "Order placed: April 21. Order Ready: May 4." And then it has "in transit," "out for delivery," and "delivered," and those three spots are all blank.

    So much for their "2-8 business days" delivery. That can't really happen when they don't even have it ready to ship until day nine (13 days after the order was placed), now can it? Extra long story short, their site is nothing but lies as far as delivery time and customer support. It should NOT take three days to reply, nor should it take 13 days to pack up my one little item to ship. Shoot, it probably won't actually get shipped until day 14.

    Lastly, what really sent me over the edge was the blatant lie in the email saying my package is on its way when I know for a fact it has not yet been picked up by USPS.

    Lesson learned. I will never shop with this company again. Through my research, I have found the exact same item for half their cost elsewhere anyway. Lies, a total lack of customer support, and price gouging. That's a quality business model they have there.

    I never received products, and customer service is TERRIBLE to work with. They give you every excuse in the book: "standard shipping time," "tracking numbers unavailable." On top of working with five DIFFERENT "agents" during the last interaction, I had them actually resort to pointing the finger at me and accusing me of "not asking for a refund" (which I did at least three times before I filed a fraud complaint with my bank).

    COMPLETE scam and waste of time.

    I made the rookie mistake of not googling Focallure after seeing an Instagram ad for one of their eyebrow pencils. I fully believe it's a total scam at this point. I placed my order over a month ago, and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I've emailed their customer support reps at least twice a week since then and every time they write back with a blase non-answer that my order "is a bit behind schedule due to the high volume of orders recently received" and that they "really want to get the item shipped as soon as possible too." They even hit me with an "in fact, we have the same goal."

    Can I give less than a one-star review? Do not buy from them. You will never get a product.

    It took 18 days to even ship! No warning of this. In fact, when I ordered it, the message said delivery was 3 days. Still hasn't arrived! Hardly worth it, I asked for a refund they just ignored and shipped days later.

    With the way the emails are written I dont think they're professional in anyway and I am pretty sure they are not English.

    I placed an order on 8/23 with the site that said it takes 5-7 days for the shipment. 3 weeks later I sent an email to customer support who said “Sorry for the delay” and that I ordered an out of stock item and my order was now “submitted for fulfillment”.

    Nearly 2 weeks later, I looked back and my order still said only “confirmed”. I emailed back and the excuse this time was high volume and they said my order was now in “processing” and I should get tracking soon.

    Over a week later, my order still shows “confirmed”. It's been nearly 2 months since I placed my order and the status still has not changed from the confirmed status. I am issuing a cancellation from my credit card company.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I’ve placed three orders with this company. I’ve asked them numerous times to cancel my orders and refund my money, and they refuse. I have been getting the runaround every time they actually email me back. They’ll refund me 10%? I don’t think so! I’ve filed claims with PayPal and have been looking into taking legal action against this company because they refuse to refund me and have never sent the products. I do NOT even want the products anymore. I want my money back. I am absolutely furious with these people.

    So I purchased two of the Focallure matte lip stains. First, the product was matte and looked beautiful on, BUT it was not a lip stain or waterproof. I figured this out about 30 minutes later when I ate food. It was everywhere, on my fingers, my food, my straw, my hand. Trying to get it off my hand was also a pain as regular hand soap didn't work. If it was an actual lip stain, I could understand it not coming off unless I had my makeup remover, but that wasn't the case.

    The second and most likely the most important item was that it burned. It was very slight at first, almost like a lip plumper. Then after about an hour, my entire mouth was on fire. I felt like my lips were going to melt off my face. I had to run and grab vegetable oil to get the stuff off. My lips are currently now back to the slight burn because as much as I scrubbed, I couldn't get all of the horrible stuff off of my lips.

    The reason this is a huge deal and why I call them scammers is because their entire website promotes cruelty-free, vegan, blah, blah, blah products. Then when my package came, and I should not have gone ahead and put it on my lips, but I really wanted to check it out. The package was from China. Nowhere in China are they cruelty-free when it comes to product testing. I don't know what was in that lip product, but STAY AWAY! If someone is stating something and you receive a product that is not what they say, it is a scam.

    I would try for a refund, but by reading all the reviews this company is a POS, and I won't see the day. I mean it took an entire month to get here, for obvious reasons I guess, since it's from China. Horrible company, horrible product, do not hurt your poor lips!

    Yes, I placed an order on May 2nd, got an email saying it was shipped May 4th. Well, it's now June 7th. It was shipped from the U.S.; it shouldn't take longer than two weeks, AT MOST. I reached out to customer service and keep getting the runaround. I asked for a refund, and no one will help. Horrible experience. Very upsetting and will never purchase anything again and will spread the word and warn others.

    I thought about trying one of their product due to the fact that it is very popular on the internet and seeing that they sell their products on AliExpress and Amazon at a really low price, but was surprised to see that on their official page the prices are bigger. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because I would have seen it was a scam. Anyway, I ordered on the 3rd of November and paid extra for the fast shipping, 7-14 days. Boy I was scammed...I haven't had any updates what so ever, so I wrote them some emails. The only reply they gave me was to wait. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't pay extra for a package that it's not here yet!

    I asked for a refund and haven't had any reply yet. After all the reviews here, I have a feeling they just scammed me. But I will contact my lawyer, this is not ok to do to a client.

    I will return buying from Amazon Prime and buying from Fenty Beauty and HudaBeauty because they deliver it in 2 days and it's not a scam. I bet that Focallure products sucked anyway.

    I first heard about the BabeBox online and was very interested because I have one of their shadows and love it. I used a prepaid card just in case.

    About a week later I got a call from their customer service saying I needed a different card. The lady assured me that I would only get charged for shipping. Gave my card and moved on.

    The next day I noticed I got charged for $37 or something close. I emailed them and apparently, you have to pay for your first box as well which I was never told.

    I contacted their customer service and had nothing but rude interactions. Refusing to refund the money or cancel my subscription.

    Finally got the two boxes in and I am honestly lost for words. The packaging is cheap, the products are awful and cheap, and some products are only $1 online.

    This will all be going in the trash and I will be reposting this review as many times as possible ok as many sites.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I just made a huge mistake ordering the BabeBox. I canceled a couple of minutes later. They emailed me asking why. I immediately answered. Next day I get a confirmation saying they shipped anyways and now this morning I get another email saying I'm getting charged for two boxes. Don't waste your time with sketchy businesses like this. This is not a way to conduct business. They say customer satisfaction and easy returns. Ya right. No phone number. Worst online company I've ever encountered!

    I got really excited about the Microblading pens and ordered 3 right away for $50 since it was a special deal they were having. It took SIX WEEKS to arrive, and when I was inquiring about my order after week 3, I was told that "due to high demand my product was back ordered and needed more time to get to me."

    It should also be noted that finding contact information on the website was tricky, which was my first red flag (I had not read any reviews beforehand, which was unfortunate because then I wouldn’t have ordered anything).

    I had to reach out again after week 5, and was emailed back that my order was on its way. When it finally did all of the pens didn’t work! They were cheap marker pens that had some felt filler to "hold ink" but there was no ink.

    I again reached out and complained about the product and told them I was fed up and wanted a refund. They advised me to soak the pens I water and to press longer since the ink might have dried up. (How would this "high-demand fresh made pen" be dried up already?). I skeptically took the pens apart and soaked them in water and no ink ever came out; it did not fix the problem, and it was obvious this was a poorly made product being used to just collect people’s money.

    I kept complaining and was answered between "two different people - one was Amit Gupta and the other was Peter Miller." Amit would always just lead me around in circles and kept telling me there was no way for a refund. When I would get Peter he was a little more customer service savvy, but it was hard to reach only him. I’ve finally just thrown my hands up and given up, but will spread the word of these scammers.

    It’s not right to take people’s hard-earned money in exchange for trash.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I ordered a few things on their website in March and still haven't received them, but if course they took my money! There is no contact number or email. I've tried multiple times to get a response or money back and received nothing! DO NOT order from them.

Shipping tracking information was sent to your email, and it is now in transit. You should expect to receive your order within couple days.       In case there are any issues with the carrier that was delivering your package, we will reship your order, or refund the full amount paid with your card. If by any chance, you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased, you have 30 days to apply for a refund, no questions asked!

  • Worst company to do business with

    I have never had such a bad experience ordering online.

    I placed an order with this company and after I was told the product was out of stock and would not be available in time for my trip (that I needed it for), I canceled my order. They refused to cancel my order, and I ended up canceling my order three times in writing. A month later I received the package and immediately refused it. It went back to them, and I just got word today that they are sending it back to me.

    Who does business like this? I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

    I was intrigued by the idea of magnetic lashes, so I ordered a pair.

    Well, it's been four weeks, and I've received nothing. On the tracking page, my order hasn't moved beyond the "paid" stage. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I'm about to file a claim through PayPal.

    Don't order from them; it's a scam.

    I ordered the QuikKat Eyeliner Strips on April 23, 2018, for an event. The order said that shipping would take 2-7 days. I reached out to customer service on May 14th to inquire about my order because it still had not been shipped.

    On May 15th, I was told that due to a high volume of orders, the product was on backorder but that it would be "shipped at any moment." On May 21st, I reached out because my order had still not been processed. On May 22nd, I was told that my order was now processing and would be shipped "very soon." I was offered a 10% discount (which I never actually received). The same day, I asked for a complete refund and to cancel my order because I ordered it for an event that had already happened. Therefore, I had no need for the product.

    On May 22nd, customer service told me that my order could not be canceled and that "soon" it would be shipped. On May 23rd, I again requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a refund, which I believe to be a reasonable request. On May 24th, I received the exact same email as before explaining that my order could not be canceled and that "soon" it would be shipped. The same day, I requested to be directed to a manager.

    On May 25th, I was told to wait "3-4 days" for my order to be shipped. I was not directed to a manager and my concerns were not addressed. Today is now May 31st. It has been six days since I was told to wait 3-4 days for my order to be shipped. It has still not been shipped.

    I went to the Focallure website to try to call customer service, but they have no number listed/available to the public. I also tried to write a review on their website. They are clearly censoring the reviews because my review did not show up online. I wrote another one just to make sure it wasn’t a mistake, but that review did not appear on the site either.

    I do not recommend this company. The customer service is horrible; concerns are not addressed, promises are made that are not delivered, and the staff refuses to cancel orders upon customer request.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
