Do not waste your time, money, or energy on this company!

Unfortunately, the first time I forget to look into a company before purchasing from them, and it happened to be this awful one.

I placed a rather large order at the beginning of January, and after a week of not hearing anything from the company, I decided to do a quick Google search. This company has so many negative reviews against them as you can see just from this website alone.

I went to file a dispute on PayPal as I read they are even worse at providing refunds when requested, and I was greeted with a message to email the CEO directly, and my issue would be solved within 4 hours. This did not happen, nor did I receive an email back from the CEO, but their "customer service" team.

It took over a week, multiple emails back and forth and THREE deadlines for my refund to be issued before it finally was, only after I decided to file a dispute through PayPal.

You would honestly get better customer service and a cheaper product from AliExpress.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible service, and prepare to wait months!

I placed my order on January 6th, and 46 days later I still haven't received it. Customer service has no idea where it is and constantly tells me to wait just a few more days. When I asked on a more specific ETA or if I could speak with someone in management, I only get a reply of "your order is on the way please wait a few more days." They completely disregard and dismiss your questions, and have no idea on the status of their shipments.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Terrible!

I bought an eyebrow pencil. It still hasn’t come in, and it has been a long time! The customer service is terrible! They lie and say there are shipping it and to wait. They took my money and didn’t even refund it. I’m still waiting! All lies! Don't ever, ever, EVER buy from this website! The biggest mistake possible!

Slow shipping but would recommend buying here

I’ve made an order a month ago, it took the products about 12 days to arrive, not slow and not fast. Product quality was extraordinary in conjunction with their price. The waterproof lipstick work as advertised, they do stay on for 24 hours and that’s great.

Bad business!

I ordered eyeliner strips that came with an eyeliner pencil on April 1, 2018. It's now April 21st, and not even a tracking number is available for me. I read all the reviews with the same complaints I have. I will be contacting my bank and the necessary people for a FULL REFUND! I expect either a full refund or my product, you choose! I want my product within seven days or I will call my bank and the will take the necessary steps!

Waste of time and money! Stay away!

This company is total garbage! I was initially interested in their products because they are cruelty-free and reasonably priced. The website also claims to have excellent customer service and guaranteed satisfaction. All LIES!

I ordered a matte lipstick and foundation. Both colors looked completely different than how they’re shown online. I contacted customer service (by email because they don’t have a phone number) and received a scripted email back stating that because the makeup has to stay at a specific temperature for hygiene concerns, it cannot be returned. I didn’t ask for a return I asked for an exchange. After selecting the option that the email was sent as a bad response, I received an offer for 15% off my next order. So much for complete customer satisfaction!

Why would I want to spend more money on a site that sells awful products and refuses to correct a situation the way they promised for an unhappy customer? Stay away!

Focallure order and experience

After seeing a Facebook ad for Focallure metallic waterproof lip gloss, I decided to place an order and try it out. I mean, women are always looking for a good long lasting lip product, right?

I journeyed to their website and found the lip gloss along with various other items available for purchase through Focallure. I ordered 5 tubes if the metallic waterproof lip gloss and a Lifty strapless bra. The pricing was reasonable for all items. The ordering process was simple and the website was user-friendly. I received text updates of the status of my order as well as via email.

My order arrived timely, as expected. I am somewhat satisfied with the lip glosses. The colors are more similar than what I believed I was ordering according to the pictures. Also, the lip gloss does partially come off, leaving a thick lip line of the gloss on. I have not yet tried the bra.

I would recommend others try out the company and their products. My lips do not hold lip color well, of various textures, meaning lipsticks, glosses, liners, etc. This product may work perfectly for someone else.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Item never shipped

I placed an order on 3/31/18 for eyeliner strips that have still not arrived. I contacted the company via email on 4/17/18 and the next day received an email apologizing for the delay "we are shipping orders really fast, please give us 3-4 days to ship your order. Thanks for your patience." Today is 5/29/18 and still nothing. I just emailed them requesting a refund. I no longer want the product or to deal with this company at this point.

Terrible company - avoid this sham business

I ordered a product, and after about a week, I checked the site to see that the product hadn't been shipped. A week later, the same thing. I decided to cancel the order, but every time I emailed the company requesting cancelation and a refund, I was ignored and told it was going to ship soon. It was really odd. I would say, "Please cancel and refund to my credit card" and I would get a response email saying, "Thank you for your patience, we are working to get your order to you soon." It's like they refused to acknowledge my request for a refund.

Finally, they told me I couldn't cancel because the order was in "fulfillment." That was a lie because after reporting them to the BBB and doing a charge-back on my credit card, they sent me a notice of cancellation.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Sorry but it’s not waterproof or smudge-proof

I had bought five lipsticks at once because it was advertised as a waterproof and smudge-proof lipstick. I had done a video blog recording my steps. When I put it on, wow, they truly are beautiful. But I am a person who only wears stay-on lipsticks and unfortunately, this is not, even though it is advertised as it is. However, though, it’s odd because once I put it on I tried to smudge it and it actually stayed on. But only having it on for two hours I had an iced coffee and it had already smudged. Then when I ate dinner, oh my goodness, no. It was literally all over. Absolutely beautiful colors and beautiful lipstick, but since it is not waterproof or smudge-proof it is not for me.

Item never shipped

This is a complete scam! I ordered the microblading tattoo pen almost three weeks ago. I've emailed them several times as this was a birthday gift. They emailed me back stating order was fulfilled, however, when I signed in to my account it states not fulfilled two weeks after they sent that email. I'm getting emails saying the product is in high demand but still no shipping info. They false advertised and I just want my money back. Do not order from this company.

Scam

They are a scam. I ordered a few things from their site on May 4th. Today is June 3rd. Nothing! I have emailed every week and communicated with a person through live chat several times. They keep stalling and refusing to ship or cancel/refund me. They insist the order is in fulfillment hence, why it can never be canceled. But yet, it also never arrives. So, it is basically in fulfillment week after week. What it really means is I have been scammed out of $50.

I have reported them to BBB and apparently, there are loads of claims filed against them for the same exact reason. They take your money and never ship.

I had to get my bank involved. This compay is a fraud. Their ads are tempting, but everyone needs to steer clear.

Buyer beware - you won't get your item and they do not respond to refund requests!

Over three weeks later and my item is not here, and it hasn't even shipped. I've been asking for a refund for the past week, and I keep getting generic "customer service" email responses. I'm pretty sure this place just takes your money and you never get your items. Stay away, this is not a legitimate business.

Feel embarrassed - do NOT use this company!

I feel a total fool as I did no research on this company, really wish I had now. I placed my order beginning May and still nothing has arrived. I sent various requests for order status which basically run along the same lines as everyone else who has posted here. I don't hold my breath about either getting a refund of the product as they have now ceased to reply to any recent emails. No telephone number should have been a dead giveaway; I missed that.

Rip-off! Scammers.

I placed an order with these people on 4/3/18 and am STILL waiting for my items! I have emailed them NUMEROUS times because they don't provide tracking or any follow-up and all I get are excuses! They run out of product evidently and just wait to get more in, or at least that's the excuse they give! If they don't have the product, then they shouldn't be selling it! The last response I got from them was it would ship in 3-4 days, it's been 10 and still NOTHING!

It's June 15th and not only do I still not have my items, they are no longer responding to my requests! Do NOT trust this company!

Shady business

I ordered an eyeliner product on like the 4th of April. I received some emails towards the end of the month advising they had some delays and it would be on its way soon. By the time June came around, I sent a reply to their last communication sent on May 4th asking if I could just cancel and get a refund. I no longer needed the item as it had been over two months.

They ignored my request three times just responding back every other day with an update that they were working on getting it shipped. (They only have email support.) I replied each time that I no longer wanted it. I finally got so frustrated that I reached out to PayPal and my bank to dispute the charge. When PayPal sent the request for proof of shipping, they finally sent it that day. Conveniently they have a no refund policy on cosmetics. So at this point, I have a request in to speak with a manager twice but know they will deny the refund even if I return it. Talk about crappy shady business practices. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I am still hoping PayPal will do the right thing and refund my money.

When inquiring through email, the same response is always sent back to me. My order is being "processed."

I demanded my money back and nothing.

This company is a scam and no phone number is provided. The business address they provided is a home in a residential area.

Worst company

This company did nothing but steal my money. They withdrew the money immediately but never shipped my product. ALL of the negative reviews on the BBB are 100% accurate, and all of them are the same stories. Two months later I’m still fighting them. This company is a fraud, do not order from them, order from a reputable business, I can promise you this is not one. Focallure is 100% a scam.

Stole my money

The product was never delivered; they took my money and never sent the item. Increasing the price, and refused to refund. SCAM. Someone needs to put them out of business. Plus they keep advertising when they told me they were backed up with orders. I even see the same item with a different name in advertisements.

Avoid, this store is a scam

I ordered almost three months ago and still haven’t received my order. When I email customer service they say it’s on the way and it can’t be refunded! The website said delivery takes 7-14 days and after three months they still want me to wait?! Never again.

Low rating customer service, not the quality advertised

Much darker and thicker strokes than advertised (I ordered grey). It appears black on skin even after slightly blotting, which ruins the details in the application. And this company does not offer returns on ANY makeup products at all, so if the color doesn’t work, you're stuck. I went back and forth with several emails, finally being offered less than I paid in store credit. I will not order with this company again.

Almost 3 months, and I have not received my items.

They apologized and said they would ship one month after my payment. It's been three months, and I still don't have my products. They gave me a DHL tracking number that I tried to call and track. DHL said that was a handled by DHL subsidiary. When I called them, they said I had to request the seller to ship again because the package was probably lost. Come on! Refund my money or send me my products!

Worst buying experience

I bought an Argan hair steamer three weeks before my vacation and didn’t get it in time. When I got it, the streamer did not work. I requested for a refund, and I got an email that they will send me info on how to return. After a week or so, I had to follow up for the instructions and got another email thanking me for my purchase and that I hope I was enjoying it. Clearly, no one was reading the content of my email!

There was no one to call, so I emailed again and finally got the instructions. I asked if the return shipping was free and never got a response, so I just decided to let it go just to be done with it. It took several weeks before I got my refund and was out $15 for shipping. I am never buying from this company again.
